Senator Maynard moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill 4633—A Bill to amend and reenact §7-3-3 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to expanding county commissions’ ability to dispose of county or district property; and adding the ability of county commissions to dispose of the property to a nonprofit senior center organization without conducting a public sale.
